About Division 6
A training program built on what the research actually says.
The Profiler is a behavioral science training platform designed around one premise: reading people accurately is a learnable skill, not a talent, and the research record that supports this conclusion is specific enough to teach from. Division 6 is where that training happens.
The premise
Most people are not as good at reading others as they believe.
Decades of controlled research document that untrained humans detect deception at rates barely above chance, typically around 54 percent, regardless of confidence in their ability. The methods used in professional investigation, forensic interviewing, and high-stakes negotiation produce meaningfully better results, but they require deliberate practice with feedback, not just intuition developed over time.
The Profiler is built around that research: specific techniques, each with documented mechanisms and known failure modes, practiced on realistic scenarios until pattern recognition becomes reliable rather than accidental. No technique here is presented as infallible. Every indicator taught comes with an honest reliability rating and a clear account of the conditions under which it holds, and the conditions under which it breaks down.
What it is
Three interlocked systems, one complete curriculum.
Behavioral Lab
Daily short-form exercises train pattern recognition across statement analysis, nonverbal behavior, behavioral profiling, and interrogation psychology. You observe a pattern, make a read, and see whether you were right. Repeated over weeks, the patterns become automatic.
Response Playbook
The full technique library: 82 behavioral indicators with mechanisms, reliability ratings, common misreads, and correct application. This is where you learn what to do with what you observe, not just how to notice it.
Classified Cases
Ten full case investigations released weekly over the course of the program. Each case is built from the same techniques you train in the Lab, then tested in a setting close enough to the real thing to be instructive. Submitting a verdict unlocks a full behavioral debrief.
Who it is for
Professionals who read people for a living, and everyone who wants to.
The curriculum is built for people who navigate high-stakes conversations: negotiators, interviewers, managers, lawyers, salespeople, therapists, and anyone who has ever walked out of a meeting unsure what just happened. The techniques are drawn from professional investigation and academic research, and they transfer directly to boardrooms, interviews, client calls, and personal relationships.
No prior background in psychology or investigation is required. The program starts at the research basics and builds systematically. The only prerequisite is a willingness to practice with real scenarios and accept that behavioral reading, like any other professional skill, requires structured training to develop reliably.
What it is not
Not self-help. Not pseudoscience. Not a shortcut.
The Profiler does not teach that eye direction predicts deception (it does not, per the research record), does not present any single indicator as conclusive, and does not promise you will be able to read people perfectly after six weeks. What it does teach are the actual patterns documented in the literature, with the caveats the literature requires, applied through enough repetition to become functional in real conditions.
The techniques taught here are educational tools for personal and professional development. They are not diagnostic instruments and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions about other people.
