Terms of Service

The Profiler is a subscription training service providing weekly investigative case files, behavioral analysis exercises, and training reports. It is operated by Division 6 Ltd. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout. Your trial period is 7 days from the date of signup. No charge is made during the trial. You may cancel at any time during or after the trial without penalty.

After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month or year. You can cancel or manage your subscription from the Profile section of the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access to the service until the end of your paid period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@profilerhq.com within 14 days and we will investigate.

All case files, training reports, exercises, and other content on The Profiler are the intellectual property of Division 6 Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without prior written permission.

The service is for personal use only. Sharing your account credentials or subscription access with others is not permitted.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent the subscription system, exploit the Clearance Points system through automated means, or use the service in any way that disrupts other users or the platform.

The behavioral science content provided is for educational and training purposes only. The Profiler does not provide professional psychological, legal, or investigative advice. Signals described in the training reports are probabilistic indicators, not diagnostic tools.

We aim to maintain continuous availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will notify subscribers in advance of planned maintenance windows where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@profilerhq.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Division 6 Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will notify you by email of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
