Privacy Policy

The Profiler is operated by Division 6 Ltd. We provide a subscription service for behavioral science training delivered through weekly investigative case files. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Division 6 Ltd. When it refers to "you," it means you as a subscriber or visitor.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account data: your email address and a username you choose. We do not collect your real name unless you provide it.

Usage data: which cases you have opened, your verdicts, your Clearance Points and rank, and your Behavioral Lab answers. This data powers the training report and your skill progression.

Payment data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe.

Technical data: standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type. These are retained for 90 days and used only for security and abuse prevention.

We use your data to provide and improve the service: delivering case files, generating your training reports, tracking your rank and skill progression, and sending the email sequences you opted into at signup.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

Supabase stores your account data and usage records. Data is stored in the EU.

Stripe handles all payment processing. Your card data never reaches our servers.

Resend delivers transactional emails such as your welcome email and trial notifications.

Anthropic powers the AI-generated elements of the training reports. Case content sent to Anthropic does not include your personal data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data (verdicts and skill progression without personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely to improve the service.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your email and username from the Profile section of the dashboard. To request full account deletion or a data export, email privacy@profilerhq.com.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics beyond what is described in this policy. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from staying logged in.

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
